Workshop

Explore your Erosomatic Body as a Resource of Power

Your erotic body as a powerful and subtle resource in your life? How does that sound?
Reachable? Not reachable? Not so easy reachable? Every perspective is welcome in this workshop!
Inspired by Audre Lordes`* essay “The Uses of the Erotic: The Erotic as Power” we will explore the erosomatic resource in each of us (without nudity). Through that exploration possibilities for learning and shifting the ways in which and how you can experience and communicate yourself, so that this resource can grow to something that provides connection to yourself, to others, pleasurable strength for yourself and the ability to set boundaries, stand and speak for yourself in stormy times, as well as in safe moments.

This workshop will support your ability to become more present with your erosomatic body, explore new dimensions of your being, and bring the conscious system as well as parts of the central nervous system into a more awakened presence- with increased agility and ability to regulate. You will be guided through this little experimental journey by me with awareness, love and lots of space for self-determination and selfcare. Take your curiosity in your hands, trust in what your erosomatic universe has to offer, and join us for this mind-shifting experience!

*Audre Lorde described herself as a: black, lesbian, activist, feminist, mother, poet, warrior. She was born in 1934 and died in November 1992.
